Information:
One recommendation I make to all my clients is to get pre-approved,
or at least pre-qualified, for a mortgage early in their home
buying process. This allows the buyers to have a clear idea
of what they can afford. The pre-approval also helps when
the buyers are making an offer because it shows the sellers
that the are buyers can afford the house.
